Good Call
According to the Mirror, England has removed Guus Hiddink from consideration for the post of manager of England.
The new England manager will be either Martin O'Neill, Stuart Pearce or Alan Curbishley. FA chief executive Brian Barwick wants O'Neill to replace Sven Goran Eriksson in the summer, but now has his three man short-list for the £3million-a-year job. He has ruled out early favorite Sam Allardyce, and also the foreign contenders Guus Hiddink and Luis Felipe Scolari.
Which is fine by me since I'd really like to see Hiddink replace Il Bruce if the U.S. manager decides to leave after this World Cup.
